SelliExpress Sellers Policy

Welcome Sellers! We are committed to providing a safe and fair marketplace for all our users. This policy outlines the terms and conditions that all sellers must follow when listing and selling products on our platform. By becoming a seller, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Seller Eligibility

• Account Requirements: All sellers must have a verified Sellie Sellers account. Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to become sellers.
• Compliance with Laws: Sellers must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, laws regarding taxes, intellectual property, and consumer protection.

2. Listing Products

• Prohibited Items: Sellers are not allowed to list or sell any prohibited items, including illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods.
• Accurate Descriptions: All product listings must include accurate and complete descriptions. Misleading or false information is not allowed.
• Product Categories: Sellers must list items in the appropriate categories. Misclassification of products may result in the removal of the listing or suspension of the seller's account.
• Images: Sellers must use high-quality images that accurately represent the product. The use of copyrighted images without permission is prohibited.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Price Setting: Sellers are responsible for setting the price of their products. Prices must be fair and reflective of the market value.
• Payment Methods: Sellers must accept payments through the platform's approved payment methods. Any off-platform payment transactions are strictly prohibited.
• Fees: SelliExpress Sellers may charge fees for listing, selling, or processing transactions. All applicable fees will be clearly outlined in the seller's account dashboard.

4. Order Fulfillment

• Shipping: Sellers are not responsible for shipping products to buyers, all items needs to be available for shipping immediately after ordering has been placed by the buyer. Tracking information must be provided where applicable.
• Shipping Costs: SelliExpress may charge buyers for shipping costs, which must be clearly disclosed in the product listing.
• Delivery Time: Sellers must ensure that products are delivered for sorting and inspections within the time frame specified in the listing. Delays must be communicated to SelliExpress immediately if any.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Sellers must clearly state their return policy in the product listing. All return policies must comply with the platform’s minimum standards.
• Refunds: Refunds must be issued promptly when applicable. Sellers must follow the platform’s guidelines for processing refunds.
• Disputes: In case of disputes, SelliExpress may intervene to facilitate a resolution. Sellers agree to comply with the platform's decision.

6. Communication

• Buyer Interaction: Direct communication between buyers and sellers will only be permitted under specific circumstances, such as:
• Addressing urgent matters where direct interaction is essential
• Clarifying custom product details

• Resolving disputes regarding orders or shipments

• Support: Sellers are encouraged to respond to buyer inquiries promptly and provide excellent customer service.

7. Compliance and Enforcement

• Account Suspension: SelliExpress reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account for violations of this policy.
• Policy Updates: This policy may be updated from time to time. Sellers will be notified of any significant changes and are responsible for reviewing the updated policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Platform Liability: SelliExpress is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a seller's use of the platform.
• Indemnification: Sellers agree to indemnify and hold SelliExpress harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the platform.
